Individuals may bring a stray animal in to the nearest shelter, or contact the shelter and field personnel will respond. Veterinary medical staff will examine the stray animal, provide treatment as appropriate and make the animal available for adoption if it is not claimed by it's owner/guardian. If a stray animal is critically ill or injured, and does not respond to treatment, it will be humanely euthanized.
