Adoption fees for dogs are $51(does not include the $20 dog license fees for dogs more than 4-months-old), puppies: $75, cats: $12.50, and kittens: $25. Visit any of our six LA City shelters to meet your new furry family member!

To showcase the animals at our Chesterfield Square/South LA shelter and to encourage the community to adopt or foster, LA Animal Services will be partnering with the Los Angeles Chargers for the PetLApalooza Adoption Event happening on Saturday, December 6 from 10am to 2pm. Adoption fees for dogs and cats during the PetLApalooza Adoption Event will be waived thanks to the LA Chargers and LA Animal Services.*
