LA Animal Services and Best Friends Animal Society have teamed up to help dogs enjoy a day away from the shelter!
Angelenos are invited to join us on Saturday, August 23, to participate in Adventure Buddy Day --- a day for eligible dogs to get out of the shelter and spend time with a human companion. Simply stop by Chesterfield Square/South LA or East Valley from 9 to 11 am to meet your canine buddy for the day! Dogs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
LA Animal Services is proud to participate in the annual Clear the Shelter Campaign, a month-long campaign sponsored by NBC/Telemundo. With more than 1,800 furry friends in our six shelters available to adopt, LA Animal Services is offering $20 adoption fees for dogs and puppies, excluding the $20 dog license fee for LA City residents; and waived adoption fees for cats and kittens thanks to our friends from Petco Love.
